Technical Writer

Job Description: Writes, rewrites and/or edits engineering process documents such as engineering process documents, specifications, work instructions, guidelines, templates, and checklists to communicate clearly and effectively engineering processes and instructions to a wide range of audiences. Acquires subject knowledge by interviewing subject matter experts, referring to current process documents, models, and specifications, as well as other related process content. Oversees preparation of illustrative materials, selecting drawings, sketches, diagrams and charts. Conducts quality review of materials. Must have high skill proficiency in MS Office products. Must be able to develop style guides and templates in MS Word. Comments for Suppliers: 9-80 schedule
