Kelly Technology is helping its client, a leading research university in finding an Implementation Manager with experience implementing Transact Payments (formerly CASHNet) software.Software Implementation Project Manager Project: Implementation of A/R Transact Payments (formerly CASHNet) Location: REMOTE from anywhere in USA Client Industry: Education, Scientific R&D Contract 6-9 Months (W2 with Benefits) or C2C Job Summary:
- Managing full project lifecycle of Higher Education payments software implementations
- Guiding a major financial legacy application migration to CashNet
- Developing detailed project plans
- Managing complete project scope and timelines
- Acting as Transact Payments (formerly CASHNet) SME
- Providing strategic client consultation
- Partnering with clients and internal resources to manage project timelines and tasks
- Managing vendor resources
- Creating and conducting comprehensive custom product training
- Primary liaison for internal cross-functional teams
- Creating detailed product documentation
- Providing functional process and design support
- Responsible for Product QA Testing
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITITES Relevant implementation experience Required Significant experience within Transact/ CASHNet ePayment or SmartPay Experience developing processes, workflows and reports for project intake, resource planning and migration project management.WORKING HOURS CLARIFICATION Will be working remotely and can continue being remote after Covid-19. An out of area candidate is acceptable if they can work within Pacific Time Zone normal working hours. Working Hours: 8am - 5pm PT (with flexibility of 1 hour within that window) Overtime is not anticipated, but possibleInterested in this role?
