- Approx 8-10years exp in UI Designing
- Responsible for UX/UI design for non-medical device digital health products
- Develop, test, and refine UI/UX elements to support Alpha build
- Continuous testing of design through Concept, usability and market experiments in partnership with a Research firm
- Work closely with Product Owner, and Software Development Lead
- Incorporate learning from Downstream teams
- Documents user story details based on the requirements after reviewing with development teams
- Attends scrum meetings including stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
- Works hands-on with the development team to ensure product delivery
- Aligns S/W development with product design
- Documents new and modified features for implementation
- BS Degree in design, computer science, psychology, or behavioral science
- 3+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design, digital product design, interaction design
- Strong digital design portfolio that showcases world-class web and native mobile projects
