We are looking for a rock star Sr. Business Analyst to support the analytics, planning, and reporting needs of a growing business. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Strategic Planning & Analytics Management and work closely with executives, product management, FP&A, product marketing, sales, BI, and other cross-functional teams to assess the changing needs of the business and provide solutions that help achieve the business' goals.


·Drive operational rigor and provide insight into key business metrics for business leaders as well as the broader team.

·Responsible for owning definition, reporting, and comprehension of key cross-functional business metrics, including pipeline and revenue trends, product adoption, customer maturity, product transitions, and upsell and cross-sell strategies.

·Conduct in-depth analysis and build statistical models to identify trends and key drivers that inform decisions across the business.

·Work with business leaders and BI team to define financial and product success metrics. Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor business health and tell a business-centric story using data.

·Create reports and presentation decks for quarterly business review. Drive financial modeling for long-range business plan for the business unit.


Education and Experience Required

5+ years of experience in analytics, finance, consulting, or business operations with 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS.

·Top-notch data analytics and problem-solving skills, with an ability to synthesize disparate information and data into actionable recommendations.

·Collaborate and partner effectively with key stakeholders and leadership.

·Strong communication skills and business acumen; excellent presentation and written skills are a must.

·A creative thinker with insatiable curiosity, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organization skills on follow through.

·Superior Excel and financial modeling skills. Experience with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI) and building dashboards.

·Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines.

·MBA degree preferred.
