Love working outdoors? Looking for full time seasonal work? Monarch has you covered! We are looking for a dedicated landscaper to join our FAMILY in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area!

The Roving Landscaper is responsible for the curb appeal and all aspects of landscaping needs for several apartment communities near the Grand Rapids area for Monarch Investment and Management Group. We are looking for 1 seasonal/full time landscaper with potential to become full time/year round. This position also will assist the maintenance teams with preventative maintenance, turning apartments and other projects as needed. This is an amazing opportunity with the best company in property management now in 21 states!Full time/Seasonal starting July 2021-November 2021.

We pay $15.00 an hourCandidates should have experience is some of the following areas.

- Landscape Maintenance

- Landscape Design

- Tree trimming and cutting

- Stump grinding

- Chainsaws

- Minor concrete and asphalt repairs

- Power-washing

- Basic mechanical knowledge

- Preventative vehicle maintenance

- Preventative tool maintenance

- Equipment operation – skid steer, bucket lift, etc
