A Fortune 500 Fintech company located in Aliso Viejo is looking to bring on an Application Development Manager. The company has been around for over 100 years is the leading finance providers for automotive financing in the nation. They are here to help make financing easy for anyone looking to purchase a car. As an Application Development Manager, you will be managing a team of 3 on-site engineers and 3 offshore engineers. You will also coordinate and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of the products and services. The ideal candidate will come from a technical background and have experience with Angular. Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years' experience in Software Engineering
- 5+ years of experience with java based open-source applications
- 5+ years of experience building java-based consumer-facing web applications at scale
- 3+ years of experience delivering single page applications with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- 100% JavaScript
- 90% Management
- 10% Hand On
- Competitive Salary: Up to $140k/year DOE
