Position: SQL Developer

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA (locals only)

Duration: 6+ months

Status: Only candidates not requiring any sort of sponsorship

Interview Process:
  • 30 minute video interview to only administer a SQL quiz;
  • 1 hour in-depth video interview (only candidates that score sufficiently on the SQL quiz will advance to this round of interview); and
  • 30 minute 3rd interview is possible.

    • Skills Required:Need 6 years of SDLC experience in systems analysis activities (e.g., system requirements gathering, writing, etc.).At least 2 years of SDLC experience in Agile methodologies, specifically in systems analysis activities such as breaking down epics into smaller stories, writing user stories, estimating, etc.

    Experience using database applications and SQL:-

    Demonstrates how to join multiple tables; and

    - Knows how to use SQL to retrieve data for analyzing, modeling, and interpreting results into useable recommendations.Ability to tabulate, extract, graph and analyze data.Demonstrates strong analytical/statistical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and other software applications as necessary.Ability to solve problems quickly and accurately.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.Ability to work independently and as team member.Ability to collaborate within a team.Ability to work successfully on multiple projects concurrently.Ability to function as a business analyst as needed.Participation in/conducting testing as needed.Knowledge of data mapping and interface specifications.Ability to create technical specifications and other technical documentation.Ability to identify vulnerabilities or areas of improvement.

    Skills Desired:Familiarity with Federal/State government sponsored healthcare insurance programs (e.g., MediCal/Medicaid).Experience using database applications or SQL.Familiarity with .net applications.Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS).Experience with Atlassian JIRA.Experience with SharePoint.
