Work with the program and account management team to support the execution of client programs and to meet pre-set deadlines. Approval of client and internal marketing materials with vendors. Review of projects for accuracy and completeness. Address changes head-on and program testing and quality control prior to implementation. Data collection to assist with preparation of company and departmental reports. Use Salesforce (CRM) and other company internal software to monitor company records and its outcomes.JOB SUMMARY: The Promotional Services Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Program Management team in facilitating client program implementations and monitoring internal procedures, policies, and projects.RESPONSIBILITIES: A four (4) year accredited college degree Excellent professional communication skills with a keen ability to focus on and engage people to discern the relevant details of a project are required Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with all areas of the Company and all levels of management Exceptional email and telephone communication skills necessary Self-motivator with a strong sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines Established project management experience and the ability to prioritize multiple projects at one time Strong team skills and the ability to be self-directed and proactive Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with concentration on Microsoft Excel, and other database management systems
