We have opening of Business Systems Analyst (LIMS) in Thousand Oaks, CA 91320 Title: Business Systems Analyst (LIMS)Location: Thousand Oaks, CA 91320Duration: 06 monthsDuties: · Work as QC Specialist / Business System Analyst to support the Quality Control Organisation.· Provide Business system analyst support for QC Lab application. (I.e LIMS)· Provide best practices on LIMS master data, report generation and any other configuration.· Work closely with Quality Control organization to support the LIMS application based on business requirements.· Own change management for LIMS and other Quality Control Lab applications· Collaborate closely with other IT groups (Infrastructure, Service Desk, IT Security, and Portfolio Management) on the infrastructure and database requirements· Define and develop workflow’s and optimization of sample Chain of Custody, manage QC Sample Management activities in LIMS.· Enter Data into LIMS and provide first level of LIMS support to business users.· Write and perform validation testing for system functionality· Lead and assist gathering business requirements and translate to functional requirements· Write basic SQL queries using relational database concepts and schema design principles· Uphold IT governance and change control amongst IT and business teams to prioritize and implement development.· Assist in developing SOPs, work instructions and other relevant documentation for quality systems administration.· Supports internal and external inspections and audits. · Works with QA to investigate problems, performs root cause analysis, and implements solutions. · Role model for Bio valuesSkills:· A working level understanding of 21 CFR Part11, GAMP and ITIL· Experience implementing and supporting LIMS systems.· Understanding of business requirements and recommendations a plus· Ability to handle balancing conflicting priorities· Experience in implementing and leading change management and governance process· Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills· Quality control experience in the pharmaceutical supporting cGMP applications including sample management, stability programs, and data analysis, is preferred· Experience generating data / trend reports (using Power BI, Tableau or any out of the box reporting tools)· Experience with working in controlled environments, and knowledge of ISO, FDA, USP, and EU GMP regulations is plus.Education: · BS a Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer science · Minimum of 4 years of working within a GxP regulated setting (Laboratory, Quality Control, Manufacturing, IT)For immediate consideration, please send resume to Manisha Pasi at OR Feel free to contact us at 1- EXT - 4658.
