The PositioniD Tech is looking for a Lead Software Engineer with a passion for designing and developing quality software. In this role, you will guide the development team by championing approaches for software design and playing an instrumental role in bringing innovative ideas to fruition. You will work cross-functionally with teams throughout our organization providing technical roadmaps, diving deep into the code with our engineers while helping identify and develop plans of action to pay down technical debt.

You will
  • Design and develop software solutions for web-based application
  • Work with the product management team to design implementation plans and schedules
  • Participate with the development team on implementation

You have
  • 4+ years of software lead experience
  • 12+ years of software development experience delivering complex systems and platforms using SQL Server and the .Net stack
  • Strong understanding of database concepts
  • Experience with:
    • Linq, Entity Framework, or other ORM frameworks
    • HTML5/CSS3 Responsive design, AJAX, JQuery JSON, and current JavaScript frameworks
    • ASPX Web Forms development and Web API development
    • SQL query optimization
  • Deep knowledge of engineering practices and processes
  • Proven track record guiding teams that produced successful products
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and “big picture” capabilities in problem solving approaches
