Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Desktop Technician in Pomona, CA . The selected candidate will participate in a taking helpdesk tickets ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates and tracks tickets through the service desk tool
  • Repairs, installs, and configures hardware/software on-site and remotely.
  • Provides first-class customer service to end-users.
  • Works as a member of formal and virtual teams to complete projects and resolve problems.
  • Participates in and may help coordinate team workload.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • CompTIA's Security+ certification or any IAT level II certification
  • 3-5+ years of experience
  • Education: high school diplomia or higher required
CERTIFICATIONS (IAT Level II): One of the following:
  • Security+ CE
  • GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
  • Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP)
  • System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
  • CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CYSA)
  • Certified Network Defender (CND)
COMPENSATION:
  • Salary: $20-25 per hour
