Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an IT Help Desk Analyst 3 for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Human Resources clients in Dublin, CA. Responsibilities :

  • The Helpdesk Analyst is responsible for providing first level support to the organization as the main point of contact for IT support needs.
  • The helpdesk analyst will troubleshoot issues raised from end user calls and coordinate problem resolution answer phone calls to the Help Desk use customer focused telephone skills to ensure problem resolution and track all activities and ensure proper closing of assigned jobs.
  • Carrying boxes
  • Laptop and Desktop setup
  • Monitor Setup
  • Simple diagnostics
  • Advanced setup support
  • Work will include 1,000+ desk and remote office setups
  • Hardware setup for home workers (via phone)
Required Skills:
  • Good communication skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Hardware certification is a plus
