Sr. Avaya Engineer

Duration: 6-month W2 contract (likely to extend)

Location: 450 Serra Mall, Stanford, CA 94305 (Some remote work allowed)

Start Date: ASAP or 8/3/21

We are seeking the below skillset for a migration project. Currently, we have a Service Integrator that will be transitioning off the project in August. The Sr. Avaya Engineer will work closely with the Service Integrator to come up to speed on the project so there will be a smooth transition.
  • Ability to trace out Avaya VDNs, skill sets, and other routing elements to be migrated to UCCE
  • Ability to trace out audio files in PBX, retrieve for upload to UCCE
  • Solid understanding of CMS Reports
  • Ability to clearly communicate/review legacy Avaya design with non-technical business groups
  • Partner with UCCE engineers to ensure mapping to UCCE represents all numbers, skills, etc., that need to be moved over from Avaya call center
  • Ability to translate Avaya call routing configurations into UCCE call flow template (Desired, not required)
  • Understanding of Workforce Optimization (Desired, not required)
  • Configure call recording & screen capture for agents
  • WFM mapping for skills (PQs), agents, and reason codes (no business configuration knowledge required for creating schedules, managing adherence, etc.)
  • Willingness to be trained on these elements if needed
