- Ability to trace out Avaya VDNs, skill sets, and other routing elements to be migrated to UCCE
- Ability to trace out audio files in PBX, retrieve for upload to UCCE
- Solid understanding of CMS Reports
- Ability to clearly communicate/review legacy Avaya design with non-technical business groups
- Partner with UCCE engineers to ensure mapping to UCCE represents all numbers, skills, etc., that need to be moved over from Avaya call center
- Ability to translate Avaya call routing configurations into UCCE call flow template (Desired, not required)
- Understanding of Workforce Optimization (Desired, not required)
- Configure call recording & screen capture for agents
- WFM mapping for skills (PQs), agents, and reason codes (no business configuration knowledge required for creating schedules, managing adherence, etc.)
- Willingness to be trained on these elements if needed
