RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Corona, CA that is seeking a Help Desk Support.Summary:In this role, the Help Desk Support provides Level 1 and Level 2 support. Helpdesk duties include phone support, handling minor triage issues with basic troubleshooting and escalating all other issues to Level 2 and 3 support. Responsibilities of the Help Desk Support include maintaining, developing and supporting personal computers, servers, local and wide area network, software, and data communications technologies throughout the Firm, to maximize Firm-wide productivity and minimize system downtime. The Help Desk Support also assists with Helpdesk duties and installs hardware and software.REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 1 year of technical training/education or equivalent is preferred Have excellent customer service skills along with solid technical aptitude Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and working in different operating systems Able to troubleshoot internet browsers, smart phones and tablets is a plus Other abilities and skills include but not limited to being able to multitask, skilled in providing problem resolution, good verbal and written communication skills, have effective interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment with an average of 50 calls per dayKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
