The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a dependable

HSES (Health, Safety, Environmental and Security) Administrative Assistant for their Painesville, Ohio plant! This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door at a thriving Fortune 500 company!


This position is Mon-Fri on 1st Shift - 7a-3: 30p, but hours can be slightly adjusted if need be.

This is a long-term contract

$18/hr.


Requirements:

  • Provide administrative support to the HSES department
  • Assist with record management and development of departmental reports
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Computer Based Training coordination (creation of courses and maintenance of program).
  • Assist in maintaining SharePoint sites for department
  • Update and coordinate work instructions, JSA’ s, and other documents for the HSES department
  • Provide back up support for other administrative assistants in their absence, (e.g. access requests)
  • Assistance with meeting planning and set-ups; co-administrative on-line conference room scheduling (outlook)
  • Assistance with travel arrangements and entering of expense reports for emergency responders
  • Data entry of training into Computer Based Training database and other department databases
  • Creation of purchase requisitions in SAP
  • Service acceptance of departmental invoices in SAP
  • Schedule medical department exams, coordinate medical and wellness events (e.g. mammogram program), and assist with licensing of medical department
  • Organize events (e.g. cookouts)
  • Typing, copying, faxing, filing, and miscellaneous other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma from an accredited school
  • Minimum of 3 years administrative assistant experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
  • Aptitude to learn new technology quickly
  • Possess excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willing to take on additional responsibilities
  • Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize
  • Resourceful and flexible in accomplishing tasks and solving problems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all documents processed and handled; as well as issues discussed and worked on in the department
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have a positive attitude

Considered A Plus:

  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
