We are a growing staffing firm based out of Benicia CA/Pleasanton Ca and looking for a and Office Manager/Bookkeeper for our organization for a fulltime role. Role and Responsibilities:-Must have Quick books experience.Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable invoicing customers Ongoing communication with customers to insure timely payment of invoices· Update and organize systems to manage payroll information· Maintain payroll records and files· Prepare and organize financial statements for filing and review· Manage time cards, time entry, and timekeeping software and systems· Set-up new employee information, and run background checks.· Onboard new employees on time entry systems and client systems· Keep accounts accurate during employee changes and rollovers· Manage the payroll weekly/Biweekly and Monthly· Keep detailed records for taxes and audits· Make sure that the payroll company has complied with all local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, tax filings, and reporting· Ensure the company complies with all additional legal and regulatory requirements regarding payroll processes· Strict adherence to internal company policies. Handle H1B documentation and work closely with the candidates and attorney/legal. . Must have QuickBooks experience . Accounts Payable . Accounts Receivable , invoicing customers . Communication with customers to insure timely payment of invoices.
