Exceptional benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, retirement, and daycare benefits.Position Description: The Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (D365) Functional Analyst is a core member of the Information Technology team responsible for maintaining D365 setup, administration, and issue resolution. The successful candidate will incur comprehensive exposure to cross departmental business processes to assess and implement D365 functionality in order to deliver quality solution designs for all Assemi Group operating companies.Essential Functions/Accountabilities:o Work closely with the operations/business users, and D365 business analysts to investigate issues, capture requirements, and propose solutionso Work on system development and enhancement projects providing high level guidelineso Test operational processes after each system release and supporting other functional areas to execute their testso Document and update documentation related to system processes, enhancements, reports and forms, test scripts, and training materialo Train new D365 support and system userso Assist with System Administration functions such as user IDs & roles, security, audit log analysiso Participate in prioritizing, scoping, planning, and implementing new system initiativeso Deliver business intelligence solutions to fulfill business teams reporting needso Utilize best practices and methodologies to support and improve ERP functionalityo Additional duties as may be assignedMinimum Requirements:o Post-secondary degree in Computer Sciences or equivalento Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management (or a similar ERP system) as a functional analyst with a minimum of 2 years system experience and exposure to an IT help desk/support environmento Functional proficiency of D365, MS certification in D365 is a pluso Experience with Power BI and MS SQL Server is a pluso Preferred exposure and use of asset management and project management moduleso Experience in Operations business processeso Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
