Responsibilities • Review vendor deliverables and processes related to a statewide Salesforce solution for effectiveness on meeting system requirements • Review technical architecture documents, design, for verification of technical needs of the solution • Review vendor strategy, process and deliverables related to database management and data conversion • Analyze development and implementation methodology for effectiveness on a seamless transition to new solution. • Analyze Data conversion process for seamless transition to new solution • Identify and report on technical project risks associated with solution development and data conversion • Recommend process improvements to mitigate technical challenges encountered by project team Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience: • 3 - 5 years of the following Salesforce implementation experience • Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce architecture, processes, products, and best practices • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Salesforce API • Experience working with custom fields, validation rules, workflow rules, process flows in Salesforce • 5+ years experience with Data modeling (physical and logical), design, and implementation • Knowledge and understanding of data architecting, database architecture, database lifecycle management, data lake and data warehousing • Experience in data transformation, data cleansing, data ingestion and data migration (cross platform / upgrade) • Experience with advanced SQL development • Experience in leading a team of technical and functional analysts • Experience in providing written and verbal communication with executive leadership of project teams • Experience in developing proposals in response to RFPs • Strong writing and communication skills (samples will be requested)

Desired Skills/Experience: • Experience with enterprise tools, such as Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce preferred), ERP and other COTS solutions • Thinking strategically about projects and taking a proactive approach to identify and mitigate risks • Look at the environment (clients, partner agencies and vendors) holistically and understanding how the project will impact areas beyond the stated scope • Take a collaborative approach and having mutual respect among the vendor teams • Lead teams with diverse skill sets in multiple locations, including offshore • Bring experience with many types of technologies and delivering out-of-the-box thinking and creative problem-solving possibilities • Multi-vendor, multi-year project experience • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Components, Lighting Web Components
