Title: Video Production Studio HandStart: 07/12/2021End: 09/24/2021Location: Sunnyvale, CAWe are seeking a general Video Production Studio Hand who can assist our Director of Photography and crew. They should be willing to learn and perform any needed in-studio roles including grip, slate, camera operation, teleprompter operator, and production assistant functions such as talent and crew escorting, and assisting with craft. This Studio Hand will also assist with studio setup and strike, and equipment cleanup and storage.Duties:• On set collection and organization of releases using Form Tools App•Organize and coordinate production team travel and arrangements•Help prep for meetings, conference calls, and portfolio reviews•Management of non-disclosure agreements and releases through EDMS•Management of catering and craft services, meal orders•Product transport of sensitive and confidential materials•Props and wardrobe styling as needed•Stock and photo research•Artist outreach•Verify vendor invoices, receipts, and expenses•Additional duties as appropriate to the project.Required Skills:• Good people skills and an awareness of the processes and conventions of the studio environment are key. • Knowledge of and experience in post-production workflows and software is a plus, but not required.• MacOS• iOS
