Project Coordinator (Technical) - III

Location: Bellevue, WA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Coordinator (Technical) - III in Bellevue, WAThis job will have the following responsibilities:

• Supporting the implementation team with purchase orders tracking
• Creating Material Requests Forecast future needs based on project start dates
• Ensure proper tracking of all components of numerous projects
• Track Capital budget requirements related to the cell site deployment
• Monitor all expenditures Prepare purchase orders and ensure vendor payment
• Oversee equipment receipt and acceptance.

• Able to demonstrate general understand of wireless network deployments
• Proficient in using spreadsheets - Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in working with databases and manipulating data
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong project management skills Financial management
• Previous experience in the wireless industry/construction/real estate is a plus
• 2-Yr Degree or 2 years wireless experience
• Shift: Standard 8-5; No weekend work is required; No on-call work required
