You will have experience anchoring programs that incorporate strategy, insights, data, and processes that result in timely and large impact decisions. You are passionate about helping growing organizations and businesses make decisions in a timely manner and you are comfortable with pushing to new limits when there is ambiguity in the mix. You have demonstrated experience with creating and improving transformational processes and programs across a product and technology organization, as well as an entire business. EAT Club's Vision for Senior Director, Head of Product & technology Operations Incorporating agility in planning, process, and programs to ensure Product/Engineering is scaling efficiently and meeting the demands of the business, you will influence strategy and directly impact positive outcomes for the EAT Club business. You are an experienced and accomplished professional in agile methodologies and program management, enabling teams across product & engineering to deliver value in a continuous and repeatable manner at scale. You have successfully managed department level financials, headcount strategy, and department metrics to facilitate effective decision making, process management, and achievement of results.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement consistent methods for Product Portfolio delivery, team structure, financial management, risk management, portfolio/program/project reviews, escalation processes, business case development and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Oversee program management discipline to include technical product development and software development methodology, and processes, portfolio financials, Agile training and Scrum coaching, release readiness activities, resource planning, and operational support functions across Product and Engineering organizations.
  • Plan, execute, track and manage scope, schedule, and cost for all projects in the portfolio.
  • Define and implement the portfolio/program/project performance metrics (KPIs) and indicators for progress utilizing metrics to provide a data-centric view of portfolio performance and to direct ongoing improvement efforts that will impact outcomes
  • Communicate and drive adoption and alignment of standards, policies, and procedures across the organization
  • Support the preparation of the organization's strategic planning and investment planning processes
  • Develop new market launch checklist and refine it for each market
  • Help to identify and launch new markets, preparing market to start operations with Product Management
  • Create KPIs, work with leadership and Product Managers to improve KPIs, build incentive programs, etc.
  • Work with the Tech and Product teams to continue the product development to improve operations and facilitate scaling
  • Identify cost-savings in our operations budget that will make us leaner and meaner as we expand
  • Oversee the development of robust training programs that will be crucial for building new teams as we expand.
  • Work with the Tech and Product teams to continue to develop and improve the product and service.
  • Manage, train, and develop Business Operations department
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in building and scaling business operations & strategy teams, within a technology company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as stakeholder management and data analysis experience
  • Ability to think strategically with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute / operationalize the plan in collaboration with other teams
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A passion for technology and food
