The team is looking for you to join us as a Windows Systems Administrator based out of Redondo Beach, CA. What You'll get to Do: The System Administrator will perform Windows OS installation, configuration and maintenance, COTS and Open Source application installs and configurations, Active Directory configuration. Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Installing and maintaining Windows configurations
- Hardening systems according to STIG, patch management, vulnerability remediation
- Interaction with users to resolve technical issues and determine hardware/software requirements
- Working with vendors to solve issues
- Research technical problems
- Work complex issues

- Flexible schedules, like the ability to work a 9/80 work schedule. The 9/80 schedule allows an employee to work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday and take every other Friday off of work
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience; Masters with 1 year of relevant experience; or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of a completed degree
- Systems administration experience of Windows servers and Active Directory
- Current SCI access with adjudicated CI Poly or DoD Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access and adjudicated CI Poly by start date
- Current Security+ certification or ability to obtain Security+ certification
- Experience with computer security requirements in secured environments
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience; Masters with 4 years of relevant experience; or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a completed degree
- Systems administration experience of Windows servers and Active Directory
- Current SCI access with adjudicated CI Poly or DoD Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access and adjudicated CI Poly by start date
- Current Security+ certification or ability to obtain Security+ certification
- Experience with computer security requirements in secured environments
- Scripting experience
- Experience with VMware ESXi and implementation of Open Source applications
- Knowledge of networking and JSIG/RMF
- Experience with NIST 800-171 compliance is a plus
- Current SCI access
- Linux system administration
