This position is responsible for providing technical support via telephone and in-person, performing basic computer repairs or coordinating with external vendors, troubleshooting computer hardware, software and mobile device issues, installing and configuring new hardware and software, and coordinating complex support efforts with the rest of the IT service delivery teams. It also involves the decommissioning of the site in Sunnyvale and moving sites to South San Francisco so being ok with working at either for a few days a week is a must. Job Duties Include:

  • Receiving tickets form L1 support.
  • Installing applications on workstations and laptops
  • Conference room support
  • Troubleshooting: Wi-Fi/connectivity issues, software issues
  • On-boarding users and new hires/Off Boarding
  • Tech Spot Support (walk up help desk)
  • Involvement in decommissioning Sunnyvale site (Nov/Dec 2021)
