Deskside Support Technician Up to $25/hrIrvine, Fountain Valley (onsite)2–3-month contractJob ID 2021-5616 Solugenix is assisting an IT Service Provider for a Deskside Support Technician. This is a 2–3-month contract opportunity in Orange County, CA. Qualifications:- Install/De-Install PCs and other HW Peripherals (Desktops/Laptops/Docking Stations/Monitors/Printers etc.).
- Assist EUs to log in, map network printers, and other items.
- Essential Windows 10 and M365 troubleshooting.
- Ability to update and notate tickets in a ticketing system.
- Excellent communication and other soft skills (strong customer service are vital).
- A+ Certified (other Certifications are a Plus).
