Personal Assistant, Driver

As well as helping out with simple tasks around a home (pick up items at the store, letting the dogs out; etc.) and home office, this position will be responsible for transporting the company’s executive in a professional, accommodating, courteous and efficient manner while providing safe driving and comfort at all times. All the while actively looking for ways to improve client’s experience.

To be considered for this uniformed role, you must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Note that you don’t need to have a car; we provide driver(s) with our own vehicle. Driver should be familiar with driving luxury cars.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, as well as:

 Perform errands for client, such as delivering or picking up mail and packages.

 Test vehicle equipment, such as lights, brakes, horns, or windshield wipers, to ensure proper operation.

 Arrange to pick up particular client or groups on a schedule.

 Provide passenger(s) with assistance entering and exiting vehicles and help them as needed.

 Pick up passenger(s) at prearranged locations, [home, airports…]

 Vacuum and clean interiors and wash and polish exteriors of automobiles.

 Other (simple) tasks as assigned by client.

QUALIFICATIONS

MUST have clean driving record

MUST Have a valid (non-expired) passport.

Must maintain highly professional, uniformed (black jacket and tie) appearance at all times

Must Pass Pre-Employment background check.

3 Years professional Chauffeur/Driver experience preferred

Must be discreet

SKILLS & ABILITIES

High level of customer service skills are required

Experienced with GPS, Cellular Telephones

Well organized, punctual

Ability to speak, read, write, and communicate in English fluently

MENTAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to lift, carry, push, and pull 75lbs

Able to work frequently in a seated position

High degree of attentiveness
