HR and Administrative Assistant

America’s Bin Company is looking for a full-time HR and Administrative Assistant, whose duties will be assisting with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R), New Employee onboarding as well as organizing employee files and other clerical office duties as assigned. This is a full-time position located in Sun Valley, California.

Some of the responsibilities in this role:

Assist the Human Resource Department with organization, employee documentation, and responses to EDD, Insurance and employment verifications. Calendar employee time-off requests, and employee guidance and assistance.

Administrative assistant to Office Manager and Chief Operations Officer

Prepare statements, reports, and invoices as needed via QuickBooks

Requirements:

Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Some experience in Quickbooks is desired

Proficiency in data entry

Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals in a fast-paced environment

Other duties as assigned
