Mortgage Member Service Representative

We're growingand hiring! Vocality Community Credit Union is accepting applications for the position of Member Service Representative/Mortgage. Join the team that was created to support our neighbors' financial needs 40 years ago and continues to work that mission today!

Duties include working with mortgage applicants to prepare and submit mortgage application packages and processing a variety of financial transactions for members while representing the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner. All aspects of deposit accounts and loans, from opening to servicing, are included in the wide variety of tasks. Financial institution experience is required; bilingual (Spanish and English) is highly preferred. This position can be remote or on site at our Ukiah Branch.
