Overview:
The Recruiter is responsible for interviewing all potential new hire and rehire candidates for the Contact Center. The Recruiter will conduct group interviews with behavioral-type questions. This position requires successful completion of a criminal background check.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
The Recruiter will assist with various administrative functions to include but not limited to:
Sourcing and screening candidates over the telephone
Administering testing to applicants via eskill or in person
Scheduling group interviews
Conducting group interviews daily and as necessary for walk-ins
Updating the staffing/tracking spreadsheet and database
Submission of candidates to Lead to request background checks
Confirming and scheduling hires for orientation
The position will also carry out additional HR and administrative functions as needed.
Typical Physical Demands:
Fast paced office environment
Knowledge:
Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge such as: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Typing & data entry skills (at least 30 WPM)
Knowledge of general office duties (filing and copying)
Knowledge of ADP workforce now a plus
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Previous HR, general office and or administrative experience.
