A Real Estate Group in Rancho Mirage is seeking a Customer Service/Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will implement and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. Will be committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Create innovative social media content and progressive marketing campaigns
Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations
Help define new operational strategies
Work closely and effectively with the principal-agent(s)
Maintain and manage contacts, listings, social networks, website, and database
Coordinate calendars and schedule showings
Create smart itineraries for showings
Prepare COVID forms for showings
Prepare documents
Assist with other related clerical duties as required by the team
Assist with ad-hoc projects depending on the needs of the office
Manage and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Manage social media channels
Qualifications and skills
Self-driven with a professional demeanor
Ability to multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, enthusiastic, and dynamic
Understand Real Estate transactions
Expert or advanced level in computer skills including Word, Excel, Mailchimp, Google, MLS, Car.org, IDX, DocuSign, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Apple, and Windows
Real Estate license highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
