Drywaller; Patch, hang, tape, and finish- able to match any texture. Travel between job sites.
Interior painter; Clean and detailed including masking, cutting, walls, trim, and lid- roll & spray. Travel between job sites.
Framing Carpenter; Detailed in building wood structures or other wood products, precisely measuring lumber, cut and install moldings and cabinetry, read blueprints. Must have good math knowledge and be able to travel between job sites.
Must have MASTERY experience in the trade you apply for, but experience in more than one trade is required. Must be able to pass trade skills test.
Preferred candidates will have good practical skills, teamwork, attention to safety, dependable transportation and your own tools. Must be able to work on payroll legally- this is not a cash or 1099 position- don't even ask.
Pay rate dependent upon skill and trade experience.
