NorthStar Services supports people with developmental disabilities to live in their own homes and have a regular, full life.

We are looking for someone who is active, creative, flexible, sensitive, fun, mature, responsible and reliable for Sunday through Thursday nights from 5pm to 8am the following day.

Direct Support Professionals partner with individuals with developmental disabilities in making informed decisions and everyday choices about their finances, food, well-being, relationships and employment.

We want people who have abilities in and hopefully enjoy cooking, going on walks, laughing, mentoring and maybe even singing and dancing. If getting paid to facilitate these activities sounds interesting, we would like to talk to you!

Experience is not necessary (though a plus) but great ethics are!

Benefits Including medical/dental Insurance and 401K for full time employees and great training available.

Pay increase after training is complete!

Excellent references, drivers’ license, safe vehicle with insurance, and criminal background check required.
