Position Available:

Full-time Administrative Assistant. This is an amazing opportunity to help people going through difficult times and an unfamiliar legal process.

You have a college degree. We require you to have a 4-year college degree. Any education beyond that is a bonus.

The Job Itself:

Key Result: Provide efficient and accurate administrative support to ensure smooth operation of caseload and continuity of client relations for attorneys

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

- Correspondence (via telephone, email, etc.) with opposing counsel, clients, and the court - Filing

- Drafting letters

- Scanning and copying documents

- Scheduling/calendaring

- Preparing and dispatching documents for court filing

- Assistance with case management

- Miscellaneous administrative tasks requested by the attorney - Maintenance of client relations

- Miscellaneous assistance to partner attorney as needed

Compensation DOE plus health insurance and 401(k) benefits.
