ABOUT US:
We are a local company serving Marin for over 60 years with an immediate need for an IT support technician / general office admin. We are seeking to add someone to our small office who is computer savvy enough to be able to quickly grasp unfamiliar software. The successful candidate will be willing to fill in wherever needed and perform multiple functions for varying company ventures. Extremely competitive pay for the right candidate.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
IT support for a small office in desktop and cloud-based proprietary software including but not limited to Buildium, Starlight, ACT CRM, Microsoft 365, Geotab, Johnson Controls, and more. Will train the right candidate with competent knowledge of common software.
Other office tasks as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Office 2016 and Office 365 administration.
Competent Word, Outlook, and Excel skills.
Ability to quickly gain an understanding of many types of software in order to provide support to other users
Troubleshooting and researching capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize when necessary, and work under pressure
NOT REQUIRED BUT HIGHLY DESIRABLE:
Collections or small claims experience
Marin County Resident
Spanish a plus
Accounts payable, Quickbooks, Bill.com, or Buildium
VOIP phone admin experience
Networking experience
Legal research or other legal experience
Property management experience
Dispatching experience
