We are looking for an energetic, positive individual to work as the Manager of Marketing for Australia and Asia at our company headquarters in San Luis Obispo.

This role oversees all projects, including tasks, for planned and requested marketing efforts that relate to the Lindamood-Bell Learning Centers in Australia and Asia. Responsibilities include, without being limited to, managing and tracking the creation of task lists, helping ensure execution of project tasks, and maintaining clear communication of overall project and project task status between division and marketing/communication task owners.

This is a regular full-time position.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Primary Lead of Campaign Task Management

o Attend Australia/Asia marketing strategy meetings

o Gather notes of overall marketing strategy (who, what, where, when, why)

o Coordinate and lead internal campaign planning meetings

o Manage campaign elements, including itemizing needed collateral pieces

o Set launch dates and create timeline for pulling the various campaign pieces together

o Work with the customer to proof and approve all pieces associated with each marketing campaign

o Work with the marketing team to launch each campaign

Primary lead on event planning and related task management

Primary lead on communicating and coordinating necessary collateral materials for the division: graphics, text, videos, web pages, etc.

Primary lead on marketing calendar maintenance for campaign pieces

Work with the marketing team to assemble analytics of campaign performance and compile Return on Investment (ROI) reports

Report analytics and ROI to customer, then use these findings to adjust for future campaigns

Research education industry to stay abreast of trends and changes that may affect marketing in Australia and Asia. This includes routinely, and as requested, reporting research findings

Research online resources to better position Lindamood-Bell in the Australia/Asia marketplace

Monitor incoming Marketing Emails

QA process of marketing email deployment for all divisions

Reconcile purchases for Marketing Department purchase card

Request quotes and place marketing material orders with vendors

Other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma, or equivalent required

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Prior project management experience. Strong organizational skills. Proven experience with computers and relevant applications/services, such as the Microsoft suite and Google Drive

Successfully pre-employment screenings and clearances
