Assistant Manager for People with I/DD

We are looking for someone eager to join our team supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ashland Supportive Housing has been an integral part of the community since 1982, and our residents love living here. You will work directly with residents including planning fun outings and create great opportunities in the community for the people we support.

You will assist with menu and food preparation, medication administration, personal care, financial management and activities of daily living.

Computer literacy is a must, as is flexibility with hours worked which may include the possibility of occasional nights and/or weekends. However, regular scheduled shifts are weekday hours. There will be training to work with particular residents, their needs, and meeting their personal goals. Health and Dental benefits are available after 60 days.

You must have at least 1 year's experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and be able to pass a DHS criminal records check. Please check us out at www.ashlandash.org
