Looking for Cultivation Technicians to add to our team!

Effective and efficient cultivation operations that support production are of primary importance to the success of our company. The Cultivation Technician (CT) position assists with all Cultivation activities including but not limited to: propagating, transplanting; watering; fertigation; pruning; trellising; production; monitoring pH and EC; scouting and mitigating pests and diseases; monitoring environmental conditions; and observing and reporting on plant health. These tasks may include the CT to work independently, collaboratively with other members of the Cultivation team and/or with contracted labor teams.

All candidates must:

-Have consistent and reliable transportation

-Communicate frequently and effectively using Slack, text messages, phone calls and on written logs

-Have strong attention to detail

-Be willing to do what is necessary to get the job done well

-Be passionate about horticulture and cannabis

-Be a great team player with a good attitude

-Be willing to work 5-6 days a week, 8-12 hour days

-Be able to frequently lift, bend, walk, stand and do other physically demanding tasks everyday

-Work efficiently when alone and/or when working in groups

-Be willing/able to obtain an OLCC license

-Be willing to assist with non-cultivation tasks, as assigned on occasion

Ideal candidate may:

-Have 2+ years horticulture experience

-IPM knowledge (including the use of different types of spray equipment, pest identification, etc.)

-Have previous experience working with cannabis

-Be bi-lingual
