Behavior Management Foundation, Inc. is currently looking to fill Behavior Technician roles in Stockton and the surrounding areas. Training will be paid at minimum wage for behavior technicians. This job entails working 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

If you have a RBT Credential, Bachelor's degree or higher, many roles available

Previous experience is desired! However, if you are outgoing, fun, patient, and have a desire to change the lives of the people you serve, this could be the job for you. Hours may vary, and staff should be willing to work evenings and weekends. Shifts can be during the hours of 8:00am-7:30pm, although most shifts are in the afternoon. Starting pay ranges for a behavior technician is $16-$19 per hour depending on experience. Minimum wage during training. If you are looking to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), free supervision is offered as well.

Requirements for a behavior technician: Applicants should be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, have a valid driver's license, DMV printout of driving record, and if hired complete a live scan fingerprint background check and have a current clear TB test.
