An associate should perform all duties and adhere to guidelines as mandated by their state license.Education and Experience:One year beautician certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience as a stylist.Experience with seniors preferred.Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements:Maintain state beautician license.Maintain active liability insurance.Management/Decision Making:Makes standard and routine decisions based on detailed guidelines. Must follow all community related COVID policies.Knowledge and SkillsHas a basic knowledge of the organization in order to answer basic questions. Must have knowledge and expertise in providing salon services; know how to use different salon equipment.
