Fabricators and Technicians needed- tons of paid OT

LER TechForce is currently staffing an immediate project in Van Buren Township for a 10 week project that will start in August. We are looking for 5 fabricators and 5 mechanics.

Interviews will be onsite this Tuesday afternoon and all day Friday

The Technicians will be responsible for teardowns, disassemblies and assemblies. Assemble and teardown engines in accordance with established procedures utilizing hand and power tools, and necessary measuring tools to ensure proper fit of components

Fabricators

Read and understand blueprints

Check raw material for dimensional accuracy and quantity to the Bill of Materials

Fit and weld fabrications to print tolerance

Highly proficient in MiG welding in both flat and out of position techniques

Experience operating a Shear Machine, Press Brake and Pinch Roll

Proficient in straightening and finish grinding of fabricated assemblies

Design and build of Jigs and Fixtures to save time and ensure accurate positioning of components

MIG Welding on mild steel

Using tools, grinders, plasma cutter, plasma torch

These are first shift roles.

Looking for technicians and fabricators that are in between projects or are not working.

Fabricator

Basic handheld tools- screwdrivers, prybars, ratchet and socket set, punch set

measuring devices, cutoff wheel, angle grinder, drill and drill bits ,welding mask, gloves.

Technician

Basic handheld tools- screwdrivers, prybars, ratchet and socket set, punch set

Pneumatic or battery impact, drill, cutoff wheel, angle grinder.
