We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our client in Duarte. In this role you will support the IT team in all aspects of developing FDA compliant IT systems.This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.Salary: $125K - $130K
Responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst: - Collaborate to design desired process, perform gap analysis, and recommend process improvements
- Produce high quality technical documentation in line with standards and appropriate for intended audience
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly Agile rituals and ceremonies
- Lead communications between business and IT teams
- Remove impediments as required
Requirements of the Senior Business Analyst: - At least 8 years of experience writing technical software documentation
- At least 5 years of experience in full-scale implementation of ERP systems
- At least 3 years of experience as a Senior BA
- Experience in 21 CFR Part 11, regulations, GAMP methodologies
- Understanding of validation concepts to produce documentation for validated systems
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Visio
- Strong oral and written communication skills
