Technical Support Field Reliability Engineer

1. Systematic data mining from various data sources and will be responsible for importing, transforming, validating the field failure data and present data in reports, charts, graphs, and tables and excel spreadsheets.2. Plan and support Failure Analysis Investigations for Hoist and Winch for FSE, OPS/MRO projects.3. Review the Field failure reports, Conduct root cause analysis.4. Implement corrective actions by working with cross functional IPT team members.5. Work requires test and instrumentation experience to infer the changes to components, analysing risks developing QBS, QBA, Qual Test procedures and Reports.6. Coordinate with test laboratories to perform qualification testing such as those listed in DO-160 & deliver test plans/ reports.7. Support Lab testing for sustaining projects as directed.8.
