ITIL Consultant Location: Remote + Onsite as Required Duration: 6 Months+ Our client is looking to Maximize IT delivery to provide world-class support, technology and information to clinicians and staff in a way that enables better patient care and supports fiscal responsibility. Looking for a Consultant who is Well versed with the following :

ITIL/COBIT
  • IS Applications Best Practices
  • IT Applications Organizational Structure (Review of Current State)
  • Capabilities assessment
  • Analyst roles and responsibilities (

    RACI discussion Application Analyst, Informatics, Training, vendors, etc)
  • Application Portfolio Review
  • ITIL Overview
  • Process Review: Incident, Change, Problem Management, Documentation Imperative
    • Work will be split in 2 Phases.

  • Phase I
  • focus on conducting application portfolio review and review of Application Org Structure and RACI with application leaders. In addition, conduct Process Maturity assessment with appropriate resources managing IT service delivery in the incident and change management and problem management areas.
  • Onsite team would also like to visit and observe some of these meetings and artifacts, if able, on the scheduled visit

  • Phase II
  • presentation of the application portfolio and service improvement process assessment with key recommendations from their respective areas.
