Role
- Create and operate project executions cross functionally across Audience Marketing, Product Marketing, and Integrated Marketing teams with various stakeholders to prioritize and coordinate development efforts for project delivery.
- Facilitate team collaboration, with proper planning, efficient execution, and quality delivery.
- Measure the success of projects utilizing qualitative and quantitative metrics to ensure program and project KPIs were met or exceeded.
- Communicate and document roadmap progress to both teams and leadership.
- Prepare and manage project plans, documentation, work back schedules, and risk mitigation for cross-team initiatives.
- Act as the liaison between teams for deliverables and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Prioritize competing needs with logic, data, and creative solutions.
- Identify and optimize work, by championing a positive culture utilizing the best process and techniques on a case-by-case basis.
- Lead teams and individuals to mitigate conflicts and resolve issues to ensure camaraderie.
- Responsible for predicting and mitigating roadblocks and obstacles while communicating clearly to stakeholders and teams.
