Job Description:Helpdesk / Desktop Support level II - Good customer service skills and communication skills are required as this person will be interacting with multiple people in different departments.- This person needs to be proficient in Windows OS, MS office application, remote support tools.- Must work well in a team environment and follow strict directions from management.- Must be able to do documentation for end users.- Needs to be willing to work overtime as needed.- Ideally someone with 2-5 years of exp depending on environment.- Active Directory is a plus, but not necessary
