Program Manager

Our client, based in Santa Ana California, is seeking a Program Manager for an immediate opportunity. Candidates selected must hold an active Secret clearance to be considered for this position. The daily duties include the following:

• Own projects including specifications, timelines and coordinating with analysts and technical development teams
• Work with internal subject matter experts and external vendors
• Follow projects daily and conduct weekly review for status
• Mitigate risks and provide best practices and procedures
• Document stages of project delivery and ensure any scope changes are provided to stakeholders

• Prefer at least a BA or BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 5yrs experience in Program and/or Project Management environment
• 5yrs experience in a manufacturing environment - made to order fab is a PLUS!
• Negotiation skills and conflict resolution proficiency.
• Strong program financial acumen - experience in cost to complete, earned value, scope estimation, cost of goods sold and program and/or project gross margin.
• Familiar with AS9100 quality standards is a must.
• Blueprint reading, bill of material (BOM) understanding.
