Senior User Experience Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Senior User Experience Designer in Atlanta, GA.Key Tasks: Senior User Experience Designer collaborates with key user and operational groups to understand business needs Aligns user needs with product workstreams and stakeholders while assisting team members to promote shared understanding, idea generation and innovation As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will present design concepts, research, user needs, and design rationale to multidisciplinary teams, as well as to key stakeholders and business partners Proactive, self-starter who helps guide team members in strategy and alignment tasks Creates/analyzes user experience research, data, and feedback to provides actionable recommendations that address user and business needs Senior User Experience Designer collaborates and pairs with other product team members (UX, engineering, and product management) to design solutions Creates designs based on user-centered research and UX best practice Communicates ideas and designs to end users and product team members Guides UX team members in analysis and execution tasks Documents, reviews, and ensures quality and change control standards are met Contributes to enterprise objectives and focuses on value-based outcomes Senior User Experience Designer works in a dynamic environment focused on interconnected retail experiencesREQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
