Currently accepting resumes for Property Manager of a 108 unit, Senior (52 and Older) apartment complex next to Driscoll Hospital on South Alameda which recently completed renovations on all units. Qualifications: Prior property management experience to include, managing maintenance workers, and proficiency in Yardi or comparable software suite. Maintain working hours M-F 9:00-6:00, occasional Saturday work day during rent collection or lease up. Proven leasing and marketing skills and success. Collect Rents, renew leases, bank deposits, file evictions as necessary, produce management reports. Manage parking spaces, host and organize community events, walk grounds, promote an atmosphere of community and respect. All responsibilities included in managing a property.
