The Grounds Crew is responsible for maintaining the grounds and landscaping around the lodge in the summer and clearing snow throughout the hotel property in the winter. Summer tasks will include maintenance of planted pots and baskets, garden beds, lawns and walkways, including weeding, pruning, edging, as well as assisting the engineering department when needed. Winter task will primarily be clearing snow and ice from walkways and balconies. This person must have the ability to lift moderate to heavy weight, operate a shovel and snowblower and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

Flexible schedule to include both weekend days, holiday, early mornings as needed

No experience necessary, all training will be provided

Ability to work outside in the summer and winter and stand, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs unassisted for a full shift

Must be able to operate landscaping equipment and a snowblower safely

Must follow all safety guidelines and wear all PPE

Must be 18 years of age or older.
