Stefanini Group is looking for a Designer (Instructional Design) for a globally recognized automotive company based in Michigan. Position Description:This position will support creating new and modifying existing tools and resources (videos, infographics, job aids, etc.) related to Talent Management processesThese resources will help employees and people leaders understand the processes and how to do them well Skills Required:Instructional Design Graphic Design Video design and production Writing & Communication Design software, e.g. InDesign, PhotoShop, etc. Experience Required:Must have demonstrated experience in producing instructional assets, including videos, job aids, etc Experience Preferred:Experience supporting learning and development Experience in teaching or education Education Required:Instruction Design certification or degree from an accredited institution
