Position Description:
  • Ingest threat information from internal and external sources for the purpose of targeted monitoring.
  • Mentor more junior monitoring analysts.
  • Identify and report on gaps in monitoring visibility and strategy.
  • Tune analytic correlations to reduce false positives and increase actionable alerts.

Basic Qualifications

- To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9 years' experience required. An additional 6 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance is required with the ability to obtain SCI.
  • Working knowledge of performing assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identified where those systems and networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy.
  • Shows aptitude for exploiting system and network vulnerabilities and misconfigurations for the purpose of gathering data from target or adversary automated information systems or networks and to enable operations and intelligence collection capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Candidates with these preferred skills will be given preferential consideration:Possess CCNA-Security, CEH, Cloud+, GCIH, or similar certification
